FACIAL TREATMENT CONTRAINDICATIONS POLICY

Some conditions may prevent or restrict our guests from receiving skincare services at Eliseleilaspa. Please note that while this list covers many contraindications, there may be others not listed that would also prevent you from receiving services, and we reserve the right to determine what constitutes a contraindication. If you have additional questions or concerns, you may speak with your skincare specialist and your doctor.

Please read the list of facial treatment contraindications before booking your skincare service appointment.

ARRIVAL

We suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full service fee.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Please arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service.  Eliseleilaspa is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent.

Eliseleilaspa loves children, however no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.

GIFT CARDS

Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk or online. lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Gift cards are honored for one year. All sales are final.

DISCOUNTED SPECIALS & OFFERS

We offer Spa Packages, Frequent User Series deals, seasonal Spa Specials, throughout the year! These types of spa services are already discounted and are therefore not applicable toward sales promo codes or other exclusive discounts.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unopened products with accompanying receipt can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged.

GRATUITIES

If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your provider.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Zelle, Apple Pay We do not accept personal checks.
