Cancellation Policy
- Advance Notice: Modifications or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Incurs a charge equivalent to the full appointment cost.
- Tardiness: May result in a shortened treatment, charged at the full price of the scheduled appointment, based on availability.
No Shows
- Missed Appointments: A charge of 100% of the appointment value will be applied.
- Late Cancellations: Also incur a charge equivalent to the full appointment cost.
- Respect for All: This policy ensures consideration for both time and other patrons.
- Example: If a scheduled facial is missed, the credit card on file will be charged.
