  • Unforeseen Delays: If you’re running late, please call us as a courtesy.
  • Cancellation Policy: Provide a 24-hour notice for any appointment changes.
  • Confirmation: A credit card number or deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • No-Show Policy: Our no-show policy aligns with industry standards for peace of mind.

Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Notice: Modifications or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Incurs a charge equivalent to the full appointment cost.
  • Tardiness: May result in a shortened treatment, charged at the full price of the scheduled appointment, based on availability.

No Shows

  • Missed Appointments: A charge of 100% of the appointment value will be applied.
  • Late Cancellations: Also incur a charge equivalent to the full appointment cost.
  • Respect for All: This policy ensures consideration for both time and other patrons.
  • Example: If a scheduled facial is missed, the credit card on file will be charged.
